•     When you apply for WSE academic evaluation, register on the WSE website or use other online services, the information and documents you submit on our website or our application process.

•     In order to better improve the service quality of the website and perfect service standards, the message or instant messaging information you provide to us.

•     You can communicate your application information through the customer service Livechate. Communication through LiveChat may be recorded for quality control and customer service purposes, but will not be shared with the outside world.

•     Our evaluators will extract the file information you submit when performing academic evaluations, but will not tamper, process, delete and other operations that violate the original intent of the file information.

•     We will not record or store credit card numbers either physically or electronically. The credit card number used to pay us through our website or over the phone is directly submitted to and processed by an independent secure payment gateway.

•     Provide you with notices about your account;

•     Fulfill our obligations and exercise the rights arising from any contract (including billing and storage) entered into between you and us;

•     Compile the information of WSE assessment documents;

•     Information compilation and upload to the blockchain for permanent storage;

If we provide you (or a place you choose) with a password to access certain parts of our website or application, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. To follow security best practices, WSE stores the encrypted hash value of the password, not the password itself. If you forget your password, we can help you reset your account and choose a new password, but we will not be able to retrieve your old password.
