When you apply for WSE academic evaluation, register on the WSE website or use other online services, the information and documents you submit on our website or our application process.
In order to better improve the service quality of the website and perfect service standards, the message or instant messaging information you provide to us.
You can communicate your application information through the customer service Livechate. Communication through LiveChat may be recorded for quality control and customer service purposes, but will not be shared with the outside world.
Our evaluators will extract the file information you submit when performing academic evaluations, but will not tamper, process, delete and other operations that violate the original intent of the file information.
We will not record or store credit card numbers either physically or electronically. The credit card number used to pay us through our website or over the phone is directly submitted to and processed by an independent secure payment gateway.

Fulfill our obligations and exercise the rights arising from any contract (including billing and storage) entered into between you and us;
Compile the information of WSE assessment documents;
Information compilation and upload to the blockchain for permanent storage;

Data access and update rights
Update of account information: You can view and change certain personal data by logging in to the website or application and visiting the "My Account" page or screen.
Data update right: You have the right to make changes to the information stored on our website. Your application for change will incur additional costs. In some cases, we may not process your information changes, including but not limited to the following situations:
A. The user's academic qualification information is incorrectly verified by the website (including but not limited to incorrect information caused by tampering of information, forged certificates, and false declarations);
B. The uploaded academic documents are incomplete or the file information is not clear;
C. Data uploaded and stored in the blockchain;
D. Other circumstances that WSE believes cannot be changed
We have taken measures designed to protect your personal data from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.
The security of your information also depends on you. If we provide you (or a place you choose) with a password to access certain parts of our website or application, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you to use a unique password for our website and do not share the password with anyone. To protect your security, the system may prompt you to change your password from time to time. To follow security best practices, WSE stores the encrypted hash value of the password, not the password itself. If you forget your password, we can help you reset your account and choose a new password, but we will not be able to retrieve your old password.
However, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal data transmitted to our website or sent through our apps. Any transmission of personal data is at your own risk.
