Canada has negotiated bilateral youth-mobility agreements with more than 30 countries. Under the IEC program, individuals aged 18–35 can obtain a temporary work permit, enabling them to travel and work while in Canada.

There are three categories within this program:

  1. 1.working holiday to fund your vacation
  2. 2.international work experience for young professionals
  3. 3.international co-op for work experience related to your field of study
